- Voice - For all conference calls or one-on-one conversations, we will provide you with a local phone number for your business’ county, which you can use to call and talk with your assigned BWO associates at any time. Our associates will also be able to call you when required. We also use such internet platforms like Skype or Instant messaging, where you can address any concerns or comments in real time.
- Acrobat Connect - This is an online conferencing tools which enables us to share our desktop with our clients. This is beneficial when we give presentations or project walkthroughs.
- A Single point of Contact - In all instances when you hire a project team, we will assign the project manager* as your single point of contact.
